mixed feelings after my stay
sewage smellsignificant noise
The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. This was mentioned upon entering the room though i accepted it anyway. i think i shouldn't have done that, the smell really permeated the entire room. also, there was significant street noise at all hours. It was hard to sleep. i received no compensation for these issues.

The location was perfect. views were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. i especially liked the pillows. They were the best! staff members were so lovely. breakfast was substantial with egg options.
i could not use it because of this. it might be worth considering improvements here. it was the only slight inconvenience .

sebastian offered helpful directions to nearby tourist sights. he also gave me useful restaurant recommendations. staff were very friendly and eager to help guests with their requests, which i appreciated.

The river view from the Family Studio River View was amazing! The staff offered really good service and were always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast included a variety of options, ensuring everyone found something they adored.
Street noise at night did occasionally disrupt sleep.

Our Family Studio River View included a mini kitchen, practical!!! The bed was comfortable and the views of the river sparkled with charm. The room included a mini kitchen and it featured two separate sinks for extra convenience.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, the staff confirmed dietary needs for breakfast in advance. I found an assortment of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Coffee and tea were available throughout breakfast.

The room had a balcony and offered a great view. I found the staff to be very friendly. The location was perfect as everything was within walking distance. Breakfast offered good choices.
Street noise was noticeable , and sometimes it disrupted sleep.

Acceptable stay with an odor issue
convenient locationsewage smell
The location was convenient. It made getting around the area easy.
I noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom upon arrival. I was told about the issue, but it was not pleasant to sleep in the room with that odor. There was no compensation offered for this inconvenience.
